Continuous-Flow Commercial Tower Grain Dryer

Brock's continuous-flow Commercial Tower Grain Dryer offers drying capacities ranging from 3,000 to 7,000 bushels per hour. It incorporates the best elements of the MEYER ENERGY MISER Tower Grain Dryer with a range of new features, resulting in a design focusing on high quality, energy-efficient grain conditioning and user convenience. These features comprise:

• Narrower width columns at the dryer's top, increasing air flow to the wettest grain
• Stainless steel screens with perforations in two sizes (.078 and .062) to help confine particulates for cleaner dryer operation
• A high-capacity, low-emission Maxon® burner with a cast aluminum manifold to reduce orifice corrosion and maintenance
• A double-wide, double-inlet (DWDI) centrifugal twin-fan unit facilitating the uniform, efficient movement of heated air

Meyer Energy Miser Tower Grain Dryer

The continuous flow grain capacities of the fuel-efficient MEYER ENERGY MISER^TM Tower Grain Dryer range from 1,000 to 2,400 bushels per hour with five points of moisture removal. All models allow the choice of three different drying modes: full heat, pressure heat with suction cooling, and pressure heat with pressure cooling. They are also able to handle four types of grain (standard, sensitive, volatile, and small) without time-consuming physical modifications to the dryer.

The MEYER ENERGY MISER^TM Tower Grain Dryer includes numerous features, such as:

For simple total dryer management, Foster Equipment Sales sells Brock's electronic QUANTUM® Dryer Controller, which works with all BROCK® tower dryers and low-profile dryers, and Brock's SPECTRUM® Dryer Controller, which is mounted within the SUPERB ENERGY MISER^TM Grain Dryer control panel.

Benefits of a QUANTUM® Dryer Controller include:
